„This house is walking distance to Town and Country. It was an 15 minute walk to Stanford Stadium. It's only a short drive to downtown where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It's pretty centrally located.The property is well maintained, nicely decorated with a lot of natural light. There is a generous sized kitchen which is well stocked -appliance wise.There are 2 queen-sized beds in separate bedrooms as well as a double bed in a room next to the kitchen. „It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home.  ...

„Good property parking limited didn't realize that the door to the duplex was in the. Rear, but not a problem. Once we found out, it was communicated that it was a duplex grounds in the back could have been manicured better, a lot of cracks in cement, basketball hoop was not on the ploe, there was a large gate that had to be moved to get to the rear and the washing machine dryer and ironing board was in a separate entry from my door outside. dwelling was clean. all of the basic needs available ...
