„100% nicer than the Hampton down the street“

„The property is in a remodel. But it was clean and organized. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. The lady helping did not speak very good English.“

„Good value, easy to reach. Good for 1-2 nights. Eating in the neighborhood“

„Do not stay at this property. The accommodations were filthy. The sheets were heavily stained. The top of the bedding had several cigarette stains. Most of the rooms had their trash bags sitting outside their rooms. Several people were outside smoking marijuana. After being in my room for less than 10 minutes I went back to the front desk and checked out. I returned the room keys so I could get my $50 deposit returned to me. I explained to the front desk staff about the room and not feeling ...

„Two words, Stay Here! Nice new hotel. Very clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast the best. Staff polite and engaging. Need I say more?“

„My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am ...

„This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.“

„A great place to stay!! Top notch customer staff!!“

„Alles perfekt. Empfehlenswert. Super Empfangsdame.“

„Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich, aber nicht hilfsbereit. Das Internet in diesem Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: andauernd bricht die Verbindung ab und man muss sich wieder neu einloggen. Am Tag der Abreise vor 9.00 Uhr wurde uns der Zugang zum Internet abgestellt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Alles nicht Holiday Inn Standard. Schade.“

„Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast“

„My spouse and I are in our 80's and we were first informed that are room was on the second floor and no elevators.when we checked in NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THIS BEFORE WE ARIVED AT. THE MOTEL. If only 2nd floor rooms are available then we should be informed during the decision process.“

„Love the location. Breakfast food not the best.“

„Did what I needed it to do.“
