„The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..“

„I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. „Das Zimmer war groß und und komfortabel eingerichtet. Unseren Wunsch nach einem weiteren Stuhl erfüllte das freundliche Personal sofort. Das im Preis enthaltene kont. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Neben den typischen US-amerikanischen Speisen und Getränke gab es auch Obst. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr angenehm. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.“

Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. „Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. „We stayed during a hail storm that disabled the satellite TV. It also toppled a tree that hit a car in the parking lot. None of that was the fault of the hotel or the staff, but it resulted in the morning staff being overwhelmed by the number of people who needed assistance. There was a single desk worker who was being pulled in multiple directions trying to serve everyone. He was stressed out, but remained professional and friendly in spite of it all.
