„Stayed 3 nights. All nights no wi-fi (was included). First night no TV (poor reception anyway). 2 nights no coffee-maker (they couldn't find one that works). Always put off. Nothing happened. No manager on duty all days. Sent an email for a compensation. No reply. It seems that they only administrate this hotel (confirmed by a hotel employee). It's a pity as overall it's not a bad hotel. I have chosen it several times a year but never again.“

„Sehr gute Betten, Personal zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Zum Frühstück wurden wir mit einer Omelette verwöhnt. Schön arrangiertes Büffet. Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Einziger Nachteil: die Zufahrt ist schlecht markiert mussten etwas suchen. “

„Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply ...

„Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. “
