Stayed 3 nights. All nights no wi-fi (was included). First night no TV (poor reception anyway). 2 nights no coffee-maker (they couldn't find one that works). Always put off. Nothing happened. No manager on duty all days. Sent an email for a compensation. No reply. It seems that they only administrate this hotel (confirmed by a hotel employee). It's a pity as overall it's not a bad hotel. I have chosen it several times a year but never again.
