„Leider Renovierungsarbeiten während unseres Aufenthalts.“

„Positiv: --- geschmackvolle, individuelle Gestaltung des Eingangsbereiches (Strohballen + Kürbisse), vielseitiges Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, sauberer Poolbereich, kostenlose Parkplätze, kostenloses Internet, kostenlose Kaffee/Teebar mit Früchten. gute Lage: direkter Autobahnanschluss und trotzdem ruhig. In Sichtweite eines Baseballstadions, wer Sport interessiert ist ---- Negativ: -“

„One of the beds in our room ended up having bed bugs. Sam the manager did get our party another room but after that first night kinda put a damper for the rest of the trip.“

„The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed“

„Only bad thing is I can’t eat . Have to book 24 hour in advance the dinner“

„This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Knoxville. I have stayed at another place and I just had to go back to Comfort Suites. The rooms and bathrooms are always nice and clean, the breakfast is great with lots to choose from, and the staff are all very friendly. The location is good with plenty of places to go within a ten minute drive. There is free parking available and you should always be able to find a spot. „We had an excellent experience at this place and would gladly stay here again.“

„Staff was very helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast service. Clean and pleasant environment“

„Clean. Great breakfast! Our neighbors came in at 12:30 and were very loud and played tv loudly“

„Perfekt um weiter zu Reisen “

„The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. The location was great for commuting to our event. Not a complaint, but the bar is supposed to open at 5. The bar tender arrived at 2 minutes till and took an additional 15 minutes to “open.” There were several customers that left because they were not being served. My group waited and were served with delicious lemon drop shots.“
