„Das Hotel war eines der schönsten in den letzten Jahren unserer USA Roadtrips. Aber das Frühstück ist die reinste Katastrophe. Der Kaffee ist Wasser wo man spüren könnte das Kaffee Geschmack dabei wäre. Das Besteck so dünn, wenn man versucht Butter auf den Toast zu streichen knickt es weg. Also das passt überhaupt nicht zum gesamten Hotel Konzept und sollte sich schnellstens ändern. Ansonsten war am Empfang Kumar ein ganz netter Mensch. Wirklich ein gepflegtes und modernes Hotel. “

„It's a very nice new hotel off the main strip. We had a standard king room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. The only negative is that they charge $15 a day for parking, which we didn't know about until we checked in. There is covered parking though. “

„Perfect location right on the strip in Gatlinburg. To us personally there is no hotel in a better spot than this! The inside of the hotel really does need some work/renovation done badly. Calling it "historic" is just putting glace on the old, outdated and obsoleted inside. It was super clean but by the smell you can clearly tell that everything was not "historic" but just super old“

„Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?“

„The Dayshift Staff was very friendly and helpful regarding directions to restaurant's , shops and things to do in the area.“

„There were only two things that needed addressing. Most of the outlets were sloppy plugs wouldn’t stay in. And 90% of the luggage carts had bad tires on them. Which both are simple fixes. Other than that awesome place. Will book next year. “

„Gutes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Gatlinburg. Sehr nettes Personal, früher einchecken war überhaupt kein Problem.. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Minigolfplatz. Für Kinder ist der Pool mit Wasserrutsche ein riesiger Spaß. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte aber einen seltsamen chemischen Geruch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Frühstücksraum nett eingerichtet.“
