Villa Farnetta is a spacious and welcoming three-story villa located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Farnetta you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Villa Farnetta is 630 square meters (6780 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5.3 km (3.3 miles) from Radicofani, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Farnetta from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Farnetta you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Farnetta is along a 300-meter (980-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with benches and with tables, chairs and two large sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The garden is equipped with benches, as well as with tables, chairs and two gazebos. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a small sofa, two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). The dining table can accommodate six guests. The room has a window. Here you will also find a safe.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the dining room through an arched opening. The furnishings are classic, and include a chaise longue. There is a small fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. Here you will find a pool table. The room has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first living room through arched openings. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The three dining tables can accommodate 24 guests. The furnishings include a small sofa and two armchairs. There is a practical fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Study
You will be able to enter the study from the first living room through an access area. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include two armchairs. The room has a window. In the study you will find a game table.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has two windows.
