Villa Torre del Chianti is a unique property in the heart of the Chianti reagion in Tuscany, a step away from Radda in Chianti, surrounded by the world wide famous Chianti wineries. A peaceful location where guests can admire of the harmonious Chianti hills that are offering spectacular views with unique sunsets. From the villa is easy to access most of the historic cities and towns of Tuscany such as Florece, Siena, San Gimignano, the area is full of castles and antique monasteries producing local food and wine on where client can organize day trips.

The villa has a private fenced garden which surround the entire property, the villa owner also produce wine and can organize tasting at the property or to the wineries with the visit of the fields. The garden features a magnificent private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. depth 1.40 to 2.00 mt. (pool can be heated upon request) equipped with elegant sun beds umbrella and gazebo, there is also a playground for children. There is a covered are with table chairs and Barbeque where to enjoy al fresco meals.

The villa was recently restored and owner was very carefully in integrate the comfort and modernity with the historic and traditions of the ancient Tuscan stones building. The wonderful original tower from which guests can admire the amazing landscapes of Tuscany. There is a large living area equipped with elegant sofas and fireplace, a dining area and professional fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, toaster coffee maker, fridge freezer and ice maker etc.
A studio with sofa bed, guest room with private bathroom with shower; two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, satellite tv, safe and walk in wardrobe.
The lower floor features two additional bedrooms each with its own shower rooms wardrobe and TV. Please note that all the double bedrooms are not convertible into two singles.
this floor also features a Gym with weights, cyclette, yoga equipment and TV; wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath and a bathroom with shower.
Every room as air conditioning and the hose has central heating, internet wifi, Satellite tv, stereo hifi.

Villa Torre is in the heart of Chianti, just 1.5 km to the cozy town of Radda in Chianti where guests can find grocery, restaurants, bars, bancomat. Other famous Chianti towns like Gaiole in Chianti or Castellina in Chianti are about 15 minutes away from the house. The largest city is Poggibonsi about 20 km away, on which there is also a train station. Florence 60 km; Siena 40 km San Gimignano 40 km; Arezzo 60 km.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
A value of € 3000.00 shell be held on your credit card following a pre-authorized procedure (unless indicated differently) or by means of a bank transfer paid at the latest days before arrival date. The security deposit covers possible damages or loss at the Property. Such amount will be released by bank transfer within 7 (seven) working days after departure if no damages occurred during the stay. If you paid by credit card, please note that we will need your bank details.
