Large (250sqm) detached comfortable villa with private swimming pool and its own private tennis court, equipped with air conditioning. It is situated on the south eastern coast, approximately 15km from Cagliari, and is just 200m from the beach.

Ground floor: external open-air kitchen with a large marble table (there is no indoor kitchen), washing machine and dishwasher, from which four marble steps lead to the veranda and access to the living room. On the same floor there is one bathroom with shower with window and two twin bedrooms.

First floor: one double bedroom and two double bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms. TV (Italian channels only) with DVD player.

Outside is a shower with hot and cold water and a large swimming pool of 16m x 10m, with a depth of 1.5m to 3.5m; open until November.

Included in the rental price is maid service five days a week to clean the house and the services of a housekeeper who looks after the swimming pool and the garden.

Shops and restaurants can be found within 1 km in Flumini, Cagliari is 15km away. The villa is approximately 50m from the main road so some noise from the passing cars can be heard, especially on Saturdays.
