"Clean, friendly and a nice quite place to stay!"

"Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Einzig der Pool hätte etwas sauberer sein können (sehr viele Insekten an einem Tag im Wasser). Trotz Aufforderung des Barpersonals am Pool kam man dem Wunsch nicht nach. Ansonsten waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ein Traum."

"Heute ging unsere erste Albanienwoche im Apollon Saranda zu Ende. Das Hotel ist mit seiner Sauberkeit, seinem tollen Personal zu 1000 Prozent zu empfehlen. Hervorzuheben sind hier die Angestellten der Strandbar sowie beim Frühstück, welche alle nach 1 Tag wussten was man trinkt ❤️ Der Strand und die Lage sind top, dass einzige was bemängelt werden kann , ist unsererseits dass Frühstücksbuffet. Wer sich halbwegs gesund ernähren möchte ist hier Fehl am Platz. Es gibt keinen Müsli und das einzige Obst sind hier Apfel , Bananen und Orangen, jedoch nicht geschnitten sondern als Ganzes. Ansonsten gab es Pizza, vieles an Kuchen und Ei. Wenn dies zukünftig erweitert würde, einfach nur ein Tophotel.❤️❣️"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although the hotel is listed as 3 stars, I found the price to be higher compared to the facilities and services provided. The atmosphere felt unprofessional. The hotel is family-run, but this does not mean guests should feel constantly observed, the owner’s family were often around the reception and pool area, giving unnecessary looks to guests as they entered or left. This made the stay uncomfortable. Another strange practice was that staff would begin mopping and cleaning during breakfast hours, which disrupted the dining experience. Breakfast itself was another disappointment: served only from 8:00 to 10:00, just 2 hours in total, which is unusually short and inconvenient for a tourist area. Starting breakfast so late makes it even more impractical. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room upon arrival. For guests who usually arrive after long travel, this lack of basic hospitality is surprising. Overall, there is a clear lack of professionalism and attention to guest comfort. I believe the management should seriously improve their services to justify the price and the 3-star rating. "
