„Clean, tidy, homely, spacious and accommodating for the time we stayed at the pink house. Much appreciation to Alby who made our stay simple and easy while we were able to achieve a calming and relaxing space while dealing with family matters. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking for our next planned visit.“

„A fantastic stay, we booked for two nights but loved it that much we asked to stay another night, it was almost two! Perfect for a couple of friends, two rooms, comfy beds and plenty of towels. The Spa amazing! There is limited wifi signal an old TV and a selection of DVD's and some games, so not for you if can't unplug. We found it warm, cosy and would highly recommend, plus Sue was great to deal with. A perfect spot. “

„Lovely open plan living areas with open fire in main lounge , large deck of living areas , bathrooms for every bedroom . Steps down to lake which is great . Wonderful time had by everyone , will definately stay there again . Recommend this home to anyone and everyonelooking for a relaxed, enchanting stay .“

„Property had a great garden and views of the lake. House was very big considering it is only 3 bedroom, you could have loud chatter in the dining area and not hear a thing from the far bedrooms. Only negative was that the deck/BBQ was looking a bit tired, needed a bit of TLC.“

"Die Zimmer waren von der Einrichtung sehr alt und abgenutzt. Durch die hohen Decken wirkt der Raum aber trotzdem ganz nett. Der Innenhof lädt zum Sitzen und Abendessen ein und ist gut belebt ohne laut zu sein. Es gab eine doppelte Herdplatte, eine Spüle, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Salz/Pfeffer und Spüli, auch hier aber alles etwas älter (trotzdem funktional). Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, haben aber funktioniert. Alles in allem durch die Nähe zum Tongariro Nationalpark und mit Supermarkt direkt nebenan eine Unterkunft in der man sich gut aufhalten kann, wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet. "
