„Traveling with my family of 7 and my parents, I needed a place that could sleep 9 people. My options were slim, however we found the perfect place with this rental. The house and gardens are beautiful, the view is spectacular out to the lake. The location is extremely private, you wouldn’t know you were in a neighborhood as it’s surrounded by native bush. „In Turangi for a few days fishing with a mate great for two blokes with own bedrooms and ensuites one upstairs one down off the garage. Does sleep a couple more on a mezzanine above kitchen but not ideal unless young and fit lol. Possibly a bit dodgy for older folks or younger kids. Good clean unit with all ammenities. „Easy self check in. Kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and baking plus air fryer and slow cooker and rice cooker. Great communal areas including outdoor areas which were usable in the bright winter days we were blessed with. Good showers one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs bathroom. "Die Zimmer waren von der Einrichtung sehr alt und abgenutzt. Durch die hohen Decken wirkt der Raum aber trotzdem ganz nett. Der Innenhof lädt zum Sitzen und Abendessen ein und ist gut belebt ohne laut zu sein. Es gab eine doppelte Herdplatte, eine Spüle, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Salz/Pfeffer und Spüli, auch hier aber alles etwas älter (trotzdem funktional). Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, haben aber funktioniert. Alles in allem durch die Nähe zum Tongariro Nationalpark und mit Supermarkt direkt nebenan eine Unterkunft in der man sich gut aufhalten kann, wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet. "
