„Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool, tolle Ausstattung die modern aber trotzdem zum Ambiente passt. Bei unserer Villa (Villa 5) waren einige Sachen defekt (Pool Reinigungs Anlage und Beleuchtung, Garten Lichter, kein WLAN da Ameisen Nest im Router) und es kam mir nicht vor als wäre das für die Angestellten neu. Bei Nachfrage wurde sich aber bemüht möglichst alles zu reparieren. Bei sowas hatte ich mir gewünscht eine andere Villa zu bekommen, da 2 während unseres Aufenthaltes leer standen. War ...

„The conditions of this property were absolutely disgusting. Considering what they charge per night after 2 nights I had to leave. The green mould growing around the exhaust fan, black mould and small mushrooms growing around the toilet, silicone in the shower, and on the tiles: not to mention white mould coming through on the bedroom feature wall cement rendering. "A Truly Special Stay – Thank You to the Wonderful Team We spent a few unforgettable days at Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa, and just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for such a beautiful experience. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed – not just like guests, but like we were coming home to a peaceful and caring place. The resort is tucked away in a quiet, green setting, and everything is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. Our villa was spotlessly clean, cozy, and felt like a little sanctuary. But what really made our stay so special was the amazing team. Everyone – from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. It’s rare to feel so looked after. "Very good stay with fantastic staff. Very friendly and always there to help you in any kind. Currently there is construction ongoing next to the hotel which is noisy during the day. Restaurant offers great dining experience with live music."

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön und wird toll gepflegt. Das Personal ist es immer zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat für jedes Problem ein offenes Ohr. Ich konnte hier in Ruhe ankommen, um den Jetlag für meine Weiterreise zu überwinden und verschiedene Massagen genießen. Gerne würde ich beim nächsten Bali Besuch wieder in Swan Paradise kommen. Ich danke allen Mitarbeitern, dass sie mir eine so angenehme Auszeit geboten haben. "

"Die Unterkunft ist super schön und komplett neu. Die Villen sind sehr sauber und auch der Pool bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft beinhaltet ein Restaurant, in dem man frühstücken und Abendessen kann. Die Qualität des Essens ist absolut in Ordnung, allerdings ist der Service sehr ausbaufähig. Teilweise haben wir 1,5 Stunden auf einen Burger gewartet und auch die Cocktails am Pool dauerten unverhältnismäßig lang. "

"Had a great stay at Alenas. The hotel is very clean and also close to Ubud center. Ubud center is quite busy and loud so we were very glad to choose Alenas because of the quiet and beautiful location. They offer a free shuttle service to Ubud center. Staff is very friendly and same is the hotel manager Dewa. Our room was a little smelly because of the high humidity in Bali but they had a good working solution! The breakfast was great and we had a lot of choices. We enjoyed the free yoga class which is amazing for every level. The yoga teacher Putri is really good and helps you to get deep in the stretches."
