But what really made our stay so special was the amazing team. Everyone â from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping â was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Itâs rare to feel so looked after.
We especially appreciated the small touches â the friendly greetings, helpful tips for what to do nearby, and just the way the staff noticed what we needed before we even asked. It never felt like "service" â it felt like care.
