The residential has beautiful common areas, a large pool, tanning beds and private access to one of the best beaches in Bávaro - Punta Cana. The location is perfect, it is right in the tourist center with more than 40 different entertainment options, bars, restaurants, excursions and more.
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, air conditioning in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The residential has a spectacular pool with a barbecue area so you can enjoy in the company of your loved ones.
Guest access
Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Access to the building is through a two-way street, they will have a parking space available inside the building and at no additional cost, upon arrival you must ask the residential security guard to allow you to enter the parking lot.

In the area, a vehicle is not required, you will get everything nearby and the beach is a few steps away, and you can use the private access that the residential has, in case you do not want to rent or travel with your own car, you can hire uber to your service or use public transportation.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and 3 beds to receive a total of 6 guests, it has a TV in the living room and in the main room, air conditioning in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable.

-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. Air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will request a cash deposit that will vary between USD 50 and USD 200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights reserved.
