- The unit is very open plan. The bedroom is partially open to the living room. If you need privacy simply drop down the TV projector screen and pull the curtain across the open doorway!
- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours. Guests booking agree to this condition.
- Sound carries from the roof deck to the surrounding properties including some neighbors who have a completely open home with no windows so please respect the quiet time policy from 11PM to 8AM, especially when on the patio or roof deck
