„Las albercas estuvieron fuera de servicio dos días porque se puso verde el agua por la falta de tratamiento en tiempo. Iniciaron con la colocación de químicos y limpieza pero es evidente que iban a estar fuera de servicio. Las sábanas de la cama rotas. El anfitrión no paga una cuota específica, por ello no te dan cajón de estacionamiento. Ha transcurrido una semana en la que se ha solicitado la factura del servicio y no responden.“

„The place is located close to the beach and amenities and was comfortable and clean but to us, it was lacking some basic items. There were no oven mitts, a large bowl, no casserole dish or pans for the oven or microwave, no pairing knife, no plastic ware for the rooftop pool/deck area, no face clothes, one hand towel per bathroom, no dishwasher or washing machine soap, no stoppers for the 2 bathroom sinks, no dish washing cloth, no cleaning products, 1dish towel and a tv that we could not use ...

„Front desk was rude and told me I was in my own“

„Nice condo as depicted in the pictures. Address did not include apartment number or building number. Security guard told me a number but each building has the same numbers. Building are alphabetical and can be seen center of complex pool area, large letters ground level. No problems with dogs barking like other people mentioned. I had problems getting the key lock open, it’s hard especially if you have med-nails. I highly recommend this condo. “

„Great place to stay. We enjoyed watching whales and sunsets from our balcony. We spent a lot of time enjoying the many pools. The suite and building were clean and well maintained. The location was close to a large grocery store which was handy. It was a short walk to catch the bus. Easy to use a bus or Uber to downtown or the marina. The host was easy to reach and solved nearly all of our requests quickly.“

„The apartment and complex were just what we wanted for two grandparents, their daughter and two young grandsons, who love to be in the pool. Close to a large grocery store, walking distance to nice restaurants in Versalles, and just down the street from the Food Park, an outdoor food court, with a great playground for kids. Easy walk to the beach. It was great.“

The staff where helpful, they accommodated our requests and provided a safe comfortable place to stay. Would stay here again for sure. The road noise before you now it you don't even notice it. And shopping and food is only half a block away. “

„Trevor’s condo was everything we expected and more.15 minutes walk from the beach. Same thing for grocery store and Walmart. Nice restaurant nearby. 20 minutes by bus to Malecon. Couldn’t ask for more.Don’t hesitate to reserve, you won’t be disappointed. See you next year !!!“
