One Bedroom Retreat in der Nähe von Old Town PV

The Carriage House ist eine wunderschön eingerichtete ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad-Wohnung im Besitz der berühmten Villa Estrella Mar. Nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum der Altstadt, Puerto Vallarta, eine Minute zum Strand hinunter eine private Treppe, die Lage ist kaum zu überbieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer und die Küche sowie das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Es gibt zwei kleine Terrassen mit Ausblick auf die Villa und die Bucht. Kann auch mit der Villa gemietet werden, um zusätzliche Schlafplätze für zwei bieten.

The absolute BEST place to stay!!!

We love staying in this area! We’ve been 4 other times with: children, grandparents, and friends, but this is the first time that we have stayed in Amapas as a couple. There couldn’t be a better place than this. Incredibly close to every place you wanna be! Wonderful Mexican decor. Super quiet (it’s nice being on the downhill side of the highway). Also, very safe and affordable. They were very responsive, but also gave us our privacy. We will 100% stay here again. It was truly an amazing vacation, and it had a lot to do with.the lodging.

Lovely, peaceful stay near PV's highlights

The Carriage House was a lovely and very comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough to easily walk along Playa de Los Muertes into the Romantic Zone for restaurants and sightseeing. We really enjoyed the small, relatively quiet beach at the foot of the private stairway. However, we didn't check out the waterfront walkway south of the beach until our last day; it's well worthwhile exploring as well. Staff were very friendly and always on hand as needed for questions and help. Laundry service was greatly appreciated! One caution: Be careful to keep any food/fruit in cupboards or the refrigerator. A saucy squirrel entered the suite several times during our stay and even helped itself to a banana and mango left on the counter! Thanks for the lovely stay, Jordan and Villa staff!

Well maintained, clean great perks. Noisy due to highway & above parking area

We stayed in the Carriage House for two weeks.The Carriage House is as described in the photos, it is clean & well maintained. The staff were efficient, friendly, daily maid & laundry service was a fantastic perk. Water, ground coffee, beer & soft drinks were provided upon our arrival. Water was replenished each day. The bedroom is huge with two closets, a safe, a king sized comfortable bed, side tables with lights and an ensuite. Soap, shampoo/ conditioner was provided. The Villa provides a night security personnel that walks around the grounds. The area around the Villa felt safe. The following are some things that we would have liked to know prior to renting: The Carriage House is situated in the Villa’s parking area, so therefore you will hear cars & delivery/ garage trucks coming & going, people/ staff walking & talking, laundry machines below could be heard operating at night. While in the House with the windows open, you can hear the nearby highway traffic easily. Sound travels easily within the unit. The living room furniture is clean and comfortable but they are not loungers. The staircase down to the beach is as described by other reviewers. There are two gates with codes to enter & exit the staircase for security. There are light switches at the top of the staircase to activate if you are returning to the property in the dark. The pathway to the beach & town is well lit. Oxo stores with 8 minute walk.

We enjoyed the setting. The house is private with great views, surrounded by beautiful vegetation. The staff are great. The free daily laundry service is wonderful! The only downside is the crazy amount of steps to/from the beach. You need to be in moderately good shape to navigate thateasily

Great stay!

We loved staying at the Carriage house. It had great access to the beaches, our favorite was walking along the water to Conchas Chinas beach and then stopping back at Amapas beach before heading up the stairs. It was also very relaxing to walk home on the beach after grabbing dinner in town and witnessing all the various festivities happening in PV.

Paradise in puerto Vallarta

Excellent location

Beautiful small villa in a very walkable location. The daily cleaning and laundry service were very nice amenities. The only downside is the noise from the Villa next door and from the construction during the day that started early. Also the furniture is beautiful but just not comfortable for lounging or even having dinner in the Villa.

The pictures do not give this place justice. A little out of town which was what we wanted, but close enough. Easy walk to town. We had a nice time while relaxing. The staff very nice and helpful. I recommend you stay here

Clean, comfortable, very nice. Paco and the entire staff were super nice. We felt safe and well served. Paco would arrange taxis for the short 5 min trip downtown. Easy to get a taxi back with Paco's business card. AC worked great and stayed surprisingly cool when we turned it off. Casa Ley Supermarket was open until 10 pm.

Wonderful location with amazing views

My only complaint is that I could not stay longer. I loved the Villa Estrella Mar carriage house. It is in a prime location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I loved all the detail and art in the house. The staff on the property were friendly and genuine. The views were magnificent and the grounds were manicured. Lots of flowers and birds. Please do your research of the area and read all the reviews. PV is a loud area. It is a lively, loud culture and there is construction everywhere during the day. There are also a lot of stairs in my favorite neighborhoods and rentals. This is part of the charm for me. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice condo with awesome view. Large bedroom and bath. Comfortable sitting area. This condo does not have a balcony. Also a bit of a hike to town. Those were my only negatives. Otherwise, a great place to stay. We never closed one door or window. The night air cooled the condo perfectly.

Upscale neighborhood

Nice decor, spacious bedroom and bath. The only downside was that the living room furniture not that comfortable. We walked to the beach every morning, got beach loungers at the El Dorado, then took a taxi home … rather than walk up the 195 steps. Jordon was very responsive and the onsite staff super helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the carriage house.
