Gut: Sauberkeit
The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The building was nice, the gym and pool were 10/10.But we did have some serious issues:1. The battery on the door keypad died and we couldn’t get into the apartment for over an hour. There wasn’t a key to the door for us either and the property management office never answered the phone nor called me back when I called multiple times. The building front desk finally got ahold of them and they took almost an hour to show up. We missed our scheduled excursion and had to rebook it, wasting several hours of our day. 2. After we checked out they tried to blame us for stains on the sheets that were previously there. I had pictures and video from check in and check out so be sure to do the same if you book this place. 3. The apartment didn’t have any spare sheets for the bed or for the pullout couch, the kitchen lights flickered the entire time, and there were only 3 coffee pods for 2 people staying 5 days. We ignored these things at the time because we didn’t want to waste any time from our trip.4. The city noise from the balcony is HORRIBLE!!! I would rather stay closer to the water next time.5. They will not let you bring your own water bottle to the pool, which is minor but also extremely ridiculous.
