„This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We stayed in Casita 1 and the view was so beautiful. 103 steps from the beach to Casita but it was so worth the effort. The property is well taken care of and the room was so clean and well maintained. The outside shower was our favorite. We cannot wait to come back . Thank you for your hospitality! “

„Superó las espectativas. Fotos reales. Ambiente muy tranquilo y seguro. Personal muy amable. Trajimos a la mascota y estuvo muy cómodo también. El equipamiento de las habitaciones o departamentos así como la decoración es de muy buena calidad y agradable a la vista. El área de la alberca muy amplia con vistas panorámicas hermosas. Nos quedamos otra noche de la plaenada de lo bien que la pasamos.“

„A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs ...

„This property is in a great location that was only 1 block away from the beach. Lots of great dining options near it. Within walking distance to grocery stores and art galleries. The same address is located in a different part of town so you need to make sure you’re getting dropped off at the right one. Our uber driver took us to the wrong one first across the highway away from the golden zone and we had to find another uber driver to take us to the correct one. „I liked that it was convenient to bus airport beach etc. the beach access was a bit far to walk . Didn't like that we could not check in early and leave our bags at the front desk . We sat outside in the hot sun at the gate for an hour and 15 minutes.“

„Kim’s place is impeccable! I stayed for 7 nights. The view was amazing. Very easy to “WFH.” The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while in Central America. The towels were fluffy and smelt so good. The communication during my trip was superb! Alejandro or Alex, was top notch in service during my stay. He would routinely check in to see if I need anything. He is very well connected in the PV area. This was a solo birthday trip and he made sure I had bubbly to celebrate! ...

„The place was centrally located in Old Vallarta, just a few blocks from th ebeach.Amazing view of the bay as well as sunsets every night.The property itself was immaculate. As we travelled in the middle of summer, the swimming pool was pretty warm but still cooled you off.We had a vehicle and they provided us with a place to safely park it which was a plus.Easy access to shops and restaurants around the area as well as the "Malecon"I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay ...

"Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."
