„It’s situated in a walking distance to one of the gorgeous beaches on the island, playa Buyé.The facility felt safe, and the host Miguel was super accommodating.I would definitely recommend this place and plan on going back. “

„Christine and Jose are delightful hosts, so friendly and helpful from the moment we got there. The views are stunning, the bed is so comfy and the pool is amazing. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It's close to Batey Adventures which has an amazing tour of caves on the Tanama River. We wish we had stayed longer to see more of the beauty in the area.“

„The property is amazing, especially the outdoor area. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. It was nice to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main part of the house. We enjoyed the private pool and easy access to walks along the beach. Would definitely recommend!“

„We had a great time! property was beautiful and one minute from the water. Lots of extras like chairs, beach towels, dishes, games, sunscreen and all kinds of stuff that saved us trips to Walgreens. Loved it and will book again. “

„The space itself was great for our family. The appliances need to be maintained. The freezer on the refrigerator is covered in aluminum foil and tape so it does not usable the washing machine dryer combo unit in the kitchen leaked all over the floor. Every time it was used and the dishwasher was not fully installed so when we were loading it, it fell out of the counter and onto the floor. there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. "This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again."

"Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut."
