„The hotel property is beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and cleaned very well. The location is far from things to do so you’ll need a taxi or Uber to get anywhere off property. The restaurants on property at decent. The buffet is decent and offered many dining options. The other few restaurants fill up quick so get a reservation asap. The spa was wonderful too. The only bad thing was the seaweed that completely took over and sand and beach. It’s like ...

„Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig! Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Hauptrestaurant ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen. Es gibt zwar weitere Restaurants die aber für Kinder eher ungeeignet sind. SPA Preise sind unverhältnismäßig. Das Resort Guthaben kann nur in Verbindung mit weiteren Zahlungen verwendet werden.....alles in allen zwar ein schöner Aufenthalt aber mit einigen negativen Eindrücken.“

„I liked the overall ambience and cleanliness. Restaurants were also good. My favourite one was Spoon for breakfast and lunch & Pan-Asian where I went three times for dinner. The menu could be better for other restaurants. However, I think they should have bigger pools and there should be some kind of shade specially for the people visiting during summer season. “

„I really liked the resort. It’s not a huge resort and there is zero shade anywhere in the pool. Maybe one little area would be nice. Staff was super friendly, everyone says hi when they pass you which is nice. In the buffet the tables weren’t really sanitized, they were just wiped off with a dry cloth. And the AC was more like cool air which made it VERY humid in our room. “
