„I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. „We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this. On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge.
