„The DoubleTree by Hilton is a very good hotel, clean, calm, comfortable bed and a great service. I can highly recommend this hotel to anybody you will not regret it. The only thing which i didn't liked that the pool was closed cos they were repairing it. So far so good i mean at some point it has to be made. „So, this place is quite OK in terms of facilities - quite a new hotel, well decorated. However, I have never felt more unwelcome to a hotel than at the Hyatt Place in Managua. Had several small issues: no proper check in, long waiting for service, false charges on my credit card (I guess staff is still in training), but never had a friendly encounter throughout my stay of 3 days. „Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. “

„Late Check out problemlos möglich. Kaffeemaschine im Executive Room, aber kein Kaffee. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war nicht gut. Nur ein kleines Fenster. “

„It’s Nicaragua so you have to keep that in mind. There’s no hot water in the showers, there’s no ice available. The hall smells like cigarette smoke. But the restaurant is decent. Nice free full breakfast. The staff is attentive. The bands are good. And the bathroom is spacious. It’s close to the US embassy so it’s a better area with a high end grocery store. No English speakers on staff here. “

"Der Mann an der Rezeption war extrem unhöflich und wollte mir nucht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten geben, ich brauchte dafür einige Zeit ihn zu überzeugen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen ist nicht immer gegeben. Die Musik am Pool ist extrem laut, an relaxen und ausruhen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal ist sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Gut ist die Nähe zum Airport ( genau gegenüber) der Shuttlebus zum Airport, da dort gerade Erdbewegungen im Gange sind."
