„The DoubleTree by Hilton is a very good hotel, clean, calm, comfortable bed and a great service. I can highly recommend this hotel to anybody you will not regret it. „So, this place is quite OK in terms of facilities - quite a new hotel, well decorated. However, I have never felt more unwelcome to a hotel than at the Hyatt Place in Managua. Had several small issues: no proper check in, long waiting for service, false charges on my credit card (I guess staff is still in training), but never had a friendly encounter throughout my stay of 3 days. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel.
