CRESCENT BLUE
The beautiful white sand beach is less than 25 steps from our peaceful home located on
Welk Cay just north east of Salt Pond, Long Island. The 4-bedroom home is situated in a
quiet area with a gorgeous beach cove right on the Atlantic Ocean. The crescent shaped cove protects the beach allowing for an oasis of beach days, sand castles and swimming.

INSIDE (Approx 2600 sq ft):
The house has a walk around deck to an incredible huge lanai with comfortable patio
furniture, a porch and pergola all overseeing the beach cove and Atlantic Ocean only 22
steps to the beach.

You will enjoy a large master bedroom, comfortable king size bed with a memory foam mattress, and a fabulous Atlantic Ocean view. The Master bedroom has its own air conditioner to provide the perfect climate. The beautiful luxury en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, a walk in shower, a modern toilet and double sinks with heated mirrors.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and another
great Atlantic Ocean view with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk in shower, a modern toilet and a single sink along with a heated mirror. This bedroom also has its own air conditioner for the perfect climate choice.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and faces the front of the home for a more peaceful day when activities are going strong on the back deck and beach. This bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, modern toilet and a single sink along with a heated mirror. This bedroom also has its own air conditioner for your personal comfort.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds and are made to be placed together for an additional king bed if desired. The beds both have memory foam mattresses. The en-suite bath includes a walk in shower, a modern toilet, and a single sink with a heated mirror. The twin bedroom also has its own air conditioner for your comfort.

KITCHEN and BEYOND
The minimalist kitchen is well-appointed and has everything needed to prepare everyday
or holiday meals. The pantry stores a blender, coffee grinder, French press, waffle maker, margarita maker, rice cooker and lots of baking essentials. There are a number of spices available. The quartz prep/bar separates the kitchen work and open concept dining and great room area. From the kitchen bar you can look beyond the elegant 8 place dining table and on to the living area with a glass wall of sliding doors that provides a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean rolling on to the outer banks of the protected cove. The glass sliding doors lead to the family sized lanai and beach only 22 steps away. A patio nook just outside the sliding doors provides shade for an opportunity to relax at happy hour or just get out of the sun for a few moments! The pergola on the very north east edge of the lanai has an 8 place setting table with lights for alfresco dining at any time. An outdoor Bluetooth speaker allows your music to set the mood.

LAUNDRY AND MORE
You can quickly get your laundry done with the smart stacking L/G Wash tower. We provide detergent for your convenience.
The hall closet offers beach chairs, game boards, an umbrella, beach towels, and a few
beach toys for your convenience. There is also a beach cooler to take along on an
adventure day.

ENTERTAINMENT
The open concept living room comprises a comfy sectional couch with additional seating and a 55" TV which includes Roku, and a Fubo TV subscription. You can easily log onto your own entertainment media. A DVD player and a selection of Bluray movies are provided. Popular board games and decks of cards are in the closet for the young and old. Great games for hanging out and enjoying time with the family. Kayaks and floating mattresses are available in the garage.

WIFI
The Starlink wifi offers >100 MBPS connectivity. Excellent quality service if you need to stay in touch with home or the office while traveling.

SCHEDULING LOCAL ADVENTURES
Our house managers, Charles and Teresa Knowles can assist you in great adventures
during your time on Long Island. These include a Sea Wildlife Safari, Reef Fishing, Deep
Sea Fishing, a Cookout on a secluded cay, a trip to see the endangered iguanas or the
swimming pigs or a Land Tour of Long Island. These are all offered as separate
opportunities from your house rental.

Long Island offers tremendous fishing opportunities for both fly fishing and offshore fishing...inshore for bonefish and offshore for Wahoo, Snapper & many other species!

The 100+ pound Wahoo replica in the home was caught in 2022 right off the coast of Long Island!

CATERING
It’s great when the family cook can take a break from full time cooking while on vacation. Catering is available from one, two or three meals per day. Occasional meals are also available just request information from our property managers for details.

VIEWS
The Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, the living room, the shaded porch, the entire lanai, and pergola all have beautiful views of the cove as well as the Atlantic Ocean beyond the reef. This is one of the single most important reasons not to pass up on this house. The
amazing beauty and peaceful calm!

OUTSIDE:
There is ample parking for two vehicles. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off after
enjoying a day on the beach at the house or after beaching explorations of Long Island.
The front lawn includes a palm tree courtyard. The courtyard has coconut palms,
Christmas palms, agave trees, banana trees, flowering trees and a lemon tree. Add a beach chair and you have a great reading hideaway.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Reservations are strictly limited to groups of 8 only. That is all our home’s water supply
and septic system are equipped to accommodate.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
We provide everything we can think of to make your vacation as carefree as possible. We supply all of your bed and bath linens and basic household supplies. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, umbrella, etc.
Our goal is to help you relax and make this a truly wonderful vacation with lots of great
memories.

CHILDREN:
We love children and what a great vacation with your little ones! It is so great they can
enjoy the outdoors and experience sand between those toes and salt air! Please note we
do not have special safety precautions setup for children inside or outside our home. We rely on parents to make the determination of home and beach safety precautions, and to diligently watch their children at all times!

PET FRIENDLY:
We know a vacation with your furry friend is family to so many people. We allow up to 2
pets on your vacation. The pet fee is $200.00 for one pet and $300.00 for two pets. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at anytime. Pet owner’s must pick up all pet refuse.
It is required you mention your pet (s) and provide specifics upon booking. We limit the pet size to 25 lbs. It is very important that you do not bring your pet if it cannot be left alone, is not comfortable in a strange place or is not potty trained. It will not be fun for anyone including your pet. Note: there is not a veterinarian on Long Island. You will need to research the Bahamas pet visa information online and fulfill all of the requirements prior to traveling or Customs will not allow you entry into the Bahamas.
