„This was our first trip to Long Island, and it was perfect! The cottage had the most beautiful views, and we spent every evening outside watching the sun set over the water. Debbie and Phil (as well as everyone we met on the island) were extremely friendly and had great suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and places to visit. It was the perfect place to celebrate our engagement, and we will absolutely be back for the honeymoon!! Couldn’t ask for anything better! “

„Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. “

„We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. „The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.“

„Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)“

The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. „We loved our stay at Summitt Exuma! The house and view of the ocean were amazing. My family enjoyed using the pool, overlooking the ocean, playing pool and using the snorkeling gear. The kitchen, filtered water, and ice maker were all a bonus as well. The grand piano was a joy to play too!Nicky was kind enough to introduce us to a great boat tour as well. The trip exceeded our already high standards expectations. We are very much hoping to be back!“

„I can’t say enough great things about villa 36. So beautiful, well furnished, so much coffee (love it), sunscreens, snorkel masks, tons of towels and everything you could possibly need under the sun (quite literally in Exuma). Best is it’s right at the ocean and it’s quiet and accessible. Hideaways is a the perfect hide away place. Personal, quaint, private yet accessible and has everything needed. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on exuma than villa 36. We will be back ...

„It was just as described if not better! We had so much fun and relaxation at Aqua Vista. The only thing that I would change if I could is the access to the house. Be Prepared! I highly recommend a jeep or a vehicle with a higher profile. We had two sedans and although they worked it was difficult and slow every time we left and came back.
