„This house was perfect for our family. It had EVERYTHING that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a water dispenser with enough 5 gallon water bottles for our entire stay. „We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. “

„Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)“

„When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. „Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. “

„We are a bonefish crew that visits Exuma often. This was by far the nicest place we have stayed. The accommodations were very comfortable and nicely supplied. And, everything was in workong order, which can be uncommon in these islands. Also noted, a backup auto genset is present and came in handy during a long outage. The road to the property os a little rough but we were able to manage with a minivan just fine. Lastly, all the pictures accurately describe the property. “

Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us.
