Everything one might need in a studio efficiency apartment is made available! We slept well and ate breakfast in the room at a comfortable bistro table. Our days and evenings were full of activity but if needed, a lovely backyard with seating was offered.Although we packed our own, the host went above and beyond providing some groceries and bathroom essentials for guest use. We greatly appreciated the coffee maker and coffee fixings! We would definitely rent at this property again.P.S. The washer/dryer combo unit allowed us to effectively clean hiking clothes on our final night’s stay. Detergent pods included. Very helpful!!

2 week stay

Our trip was planned for 2 weeks. The location was quiet with a nice view of the sunset when we returned each evening. The space was smaller than I anticipated. The refrig was small with no freezer compartment. We packed lite because we planned on using washing machine. It was small with it being one unit washer/dryer and water drain goes through bathroom wall to drain in the sink. For a short stay this place has what you need.

I recently stayed at a charming little place that, while small, offered an incredibly cozy atmosphere. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm colors and soft lighting that immediately made me feel at home. The space was thoughtfully arranged, maximizing comfort without feeling cramped. Despite its size, the accommodations were well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the attention to detail—cozy blankets, decorative touches, and a few personal items that added character to the space. It felt intimate and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Overall, this little gem may be small, but its cozy charm made my stay truly memorable. I left feeling refreshed and content, already planning my return!

Did not stay

I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed.

Quick trip

The property is attached to the main house. So you can hear them in the kitchen cooking and talking. You can also smell what they cook because you share the wall with the kitchen. You couldnt control the climate in your area either. You could hear their dogs barking through the walls also. So if you can hear them they can hear you. So no true privacy if you want an intimate get away.

Long weekend in Arizona

Although we gave fives in our rating, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. As someone else remarked, we could smell cooking and here the people a little bit--but because we knew that going in, it wasn't a big deal. To the owners: it would be nice to have a few extra towels and if you raise the shower curtain a few inches, it will keep the shower curtain from dragging in the tub. Also, at least two lights were burned out.

Bare neccessities

Overall not unhappy with the property. Location was good and host was attentive. It is just a very "efficiency" room/property. There is no way more than 2 ppl could stay there and 1 is more doable. It appeared clean on the surface, but were some issues as you look closely, i.e. beer cans left in the closet drawer from previous renter. It really does not have a kitchen, only shelves on the wall with a coffee maker and portable burners, but nothing to cook with or in. Microwave is in closet and a wine cooler that is used as a frig. No extra towels or bath mats for the bathroom floor.....dangerous. All of these are relatively small issues and can be remedied. There is a TV, but it is hanging on the wall over the bed, so there is NO WAY to watch it unless you're sitting on the small couch at the foot of the bed.....awkward and inconvenient. Again, not the worst, but just needs more attention to details.
