The Space:

This remodeled two-bedroom condo gives guests space to spread out, with a king bed and private en suite bath in each bedroom. The full kitchen and generous living area support meals and time together, while a washer and dryer handle the practical side of a longer stay. Granite counters, designer sinks, custom showers, updated lighting, and three individually controlled air conditioners add useful comfort.



Guest Access:

Resort guests may use the shared outdoor pool and hot tub, along with beach access. Paid parking is listed among the resort amenities. This unit has air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and outdoor seating. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Princeville sits above Hanalei Bay on Kauai's green North Shore, surrounded by mountain ridges, waterfalls, and Pacific views. Princeville Center is convenient for coffee, groceries, and a casual meal. Anini Beach offers a nearby snorkeling option, while the road down to Hanalei leads to a broad beach, local shops, and dinner in town. Save another day for a Na Pali Coast outing or simply watch the light change on Bali Hai. The area works well for families and couples who want big scenery without a packed schedule.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring Princeville, Hanalei, North Shore beaches, and trailheads at your own pace. Princeville Center offers nearby groceries and dining. Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away by car. Paid parking is listed at Hanalei Bay Resort.

• Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed.

• This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping.



• Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
