„The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. „The views from this condo are breathtaking with the primary room having a bed that faces the bay. We could not have been more pleased with the room's cleanliness, views, and the resort amenities. Each condo had 2 boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and snorkel gear. It made enjoying the beaches hassle free and we were so thankful to have them included with the condo and didn't have to rent them from the hotel or in town. „The Cliffs resort is very nice and has lots of amenities. This is a nice end unit with lots of light and breezes. New owner has been updating unit and has more projects planned.“

We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing.“

„Kimberlee’s place in Princeville is a little slice of heaven. It is truly so perfect and had everything for our stay. We loved the clean, island aesthetic of the house - the bathroom feels like a spa! The bed was also super comfortable and the location was perfect. This is my third trip to the island and Kimberlee’s place has been my favorite to date. She also answered a bunch of questions I had prior and gave us great local tips. 1000/10 hostess :)“
