„We were attending a family event in Ketchikan in April. This property is about 5 miles north of town. It's a small apartment on the parking lot side and lower level of the owner's home. The apartment is relatively new, with a full size oven and stove, plenty of kitchen items such as pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, various utensils and basics such as spices and condiments. The view from the porch is well worth the price even though it was a little chilly to sit out there in December. I highly recommend staying at Tony and Dawn's. „This was our first stay in a vrbo/bnb and it did not disappoint. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment is nicely done with big windows to look out at the ocean. The view was beautiful and the whales were incrediable to watch. „As I told you when I rented your VRBO this is my first experience doing so. I didn't ask sufficient questions and learned from that experience. For instance, I didn't know that the bathroom door was installed backwards and the a person could be trapped in the bathroom in a fire if the freezer door opened during that type of event. I neglected to ask it there were end tables and lights in the living area. I didn't ask if there was a step-up into the shower and no handles on that wall. I didn't ...

„This basement apartment was the perfect cozy spot for my husband and I. We woke up and could see the cruise ship from the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We didn’t use the kitchen during our short stay but it looked well stocked and the coffee was great in the morning. The pictures sent of the entrance were helpful in locating this basement spot. We would stay again.“
