„We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed. “

„This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay.“

„The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.“

„Our stay was superb. Property attendants were polite, kind, accomodating, and friendly. Glamping here rivals, and exceeds, any of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Great amenities, and the chickens and ducks that wandered by to visit were thoroughly enjoyable. Beautiful location with plenty of hiking opportunities nearby and a picturesque little duck pond on the propert. The Caverns is about 30 minutes away for any concert folks.
