The VRBO price is calculated starting from 10 guests with 5 of the 7 bedrooms and 6 of the 8 bathrooms. If you want to rent the entire villa with 7 bedrooms, it is better to ask the owner for a specific offer before making an instant booking.

This ancient independent 19th century villa is located on the slopes of Romena Castle and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing a 300 m avenue with cypress trees.

The living area of ​​approximately 340 m² is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance; a living room with lounge and fireplace; a large dining room, open to the living room with fireplace and lounge and with exit to the outside. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, small freezer and a coffee machine. Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed ans ensuites with shower, WC and service bathroom. The stairs in the hall lead to the first floor. Towards the stairs there is a large open living room with balcony; a corridor; 5 double bedrooms with ensuites. During the restoration of the old architectural style, architectural details were highlighted. The villa is furnished with some antique furniture, terracotta floors, ceilings with coffered wooden beams. The villa has satellite TV, receiver / cassette / CD. In a separate little wood house near the villa there is a washing machine.

The cities Florence and Arezzo are 40 km away. The Adriatic Sea is approx. 90 minutes and the Tyrrhenian Sea approx. 120 minute drive. It is possible to swim in the lake which is approx. 1.5 km from the center of the town of Pratovecchio or in the Arno river. Excursions can be done to the Poppi zoo park, the Sanctuary of La Verna, the Camaldoli hermitage and the Casentinesi forest national park. Florence is an hour's drive away, Arezzo is 40 minutes away and Siena 90 minutes. From Arezzo you can reach Rome by rapid train in just an hour and 5 minutes, so day trips to the capital are also possible.
