White Daisy, easy reach and free parking included

White Daisy is a small villa on two floors with a wide private garden with wonderful sea View!



Up to 5 guests can sleep here. The Villa is about 80 square meters and features air conditioning rooms and winter heating.



It is located in a strategic part of Praiano, close to the well-stocked grocery Tutto Per Tutti to some restaurants and pizzeria and at 10 minutes’ walk to the village centre and the beach of La Praia: both can be easily reached also by a convenient and frequent local bus looping Praiano and Positano.



The villa has an useful private parking area where you can drop your vehicle; from there you reach the house with a short ramp of 25 stairs, through the private garden. We kindly ask our guests to notify if you are renting a car, before arrival.



The villa has two access that means also two couples or small families can share the villa; a couple can enter from the ground floor and the other from the top floor.



The top floor features a large double bedroom with a king size bed, a divan bed for one extra person. The rooms has a flat-screen television and wardrobe and individual private terrace. The bedroom is air conditioned / heated and has an en-suite full bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.



The ground floor can be either reached by an internal staircase of circa 20 steps or from the outside. It features a garden that shades the outdoor space equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs and a barbecue. The garden is 200 square meters. The ground floor has a well-appointed kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, microwave a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker. You will find a wooden table and chairs for four guests. You access the bedroom located on this floor from the corridor; it features a double king size bed and a TV and air conditioning/heating unit. Also this bedroom has its individual bathroom featuring a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower an hairdryer and washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.



This property is in a quiet area and ideal for guests with walking problems or not willing to navigate too many stairs.
