  • Villa Panorama ist eine alte Villa, die sorgfältig restauriert wurde. Es verfügt über einen großen möblierten Garten, einen Pool mit Meerblick und ein geräumiges Solarium. Es ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: Sauna, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, täglicher Reinigungsservice (Wechsel der Bettwäsche unter der Woche) und tägliches Frühstück (auf Anfrage, nicht im Preis inbegriffen). Es hat eine sehr günstige Lage: Zu Fuß sind es 4 Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und der Strand ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.



    Die Villa ist auf drei Ebenen aufgeteilt, von denen eine unabhängig vom Hauptkomplex und nur von außen zugänglich ist (ABHÄNGIGKEIT):

    Die Villa Panorama befindet sich im Zentrum von Praiano - Ostseite, in einer Fußgängerzone, in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften. Es ist über einen kurzen Fußweg und eine Flugstrecke von ca. 30 bequemen Stufen erreichbar. Private Parkplätze stehen auf Anfrage (gegen Gebühr) zur Verfügung und befinden sich ca. 200 m von der Unterkunft entfernt.

What an amazing rental!

What an amazing rental! Huge home with so many different outdoor spaces. Loved the pool and steam room. Wonderful hosts that helped organize activities. All the benefits of a hotel with the privacy of a villa. Perfect!

Perfect Getaway, Amazing Service

We started at Villa Panorama in Praiano and it was everything we hoped for. Perfect for a girls trip, we absolutely loved it. Francesco and Rosa were both so helpful in the lead up to our trip, booking lots of activities for us and many recommendations. Dana, our contact on arrival was PERFECTION! So helpful, wonderful restaurant recommendations along the entire coast.

Excellent. Dana the host was amazing. It is an expensive town, but beautiful and excellent food. This accommodation couldn’t have been better. All seven of us loved every minute of it. Compared to other similar accommodations around the world it’s expensive, but that’s Amalfi for you.

We stayed at this location for a group trip and found it to be quite accommodating given our late start in finding a place for a large group. Compared to other available locations, the value was acceptable, though it did feel a bit high overall. However, considering the Amalfi Coast's popularity and pricing, it was probably reasonable for the area.

Our stay was pleasant at this villa, as it’s close to some wonderful restaurants and walkable distance into the main town of Priano. The rooms are spacious and the house has all you need for a place to navigate from around Amalfi Coast. The SMAAC team were incredibly helpful and flexible with our needs and changing plan’s throughout our stay! Very Grateful! We did encounter difficulty with transportation around Amalfi and getting a taxi was not easy. Overall a nice stay.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay for 9 of us at Villa Panorama. Outdoor spaces at the house were relaxing with great views, and the rooms are comfortable and bigger than they look in photos. Multiple very good restaurants in walking distance from the villa a couple of convenience/small grocery stores in walking distance. Much quieter town and less chaotic than the neighboring hotspots. Every excursion SMAAC recommended was outstanding. All the transportation was on time, courteous and exceptionally clean cars/vans. Local concierge was accessible and house keeper visited daily. Would stay here again.

Excellent Service

Our family of 9 stayed here. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was really hot so the pool came in handy. The views were spectacular! We had a chef for breakfast one day and dinner another. It was AMAZING! She was fantastic and went above and beyond. Communication was great and helped set up airport transfers. We had an elderly person with us and it posed a bit of an issue with all the stairs but at no fault of the place. Overall we had a fantastic time!

We had a wonderful time in Praiano! Francesco was extremely helpful with arranging taxis for us and even arranged a wonderful winery tour / tasting when I asked for ideas for what to do in the rain. We were unlucky with the weather, but still had an amazing time thanks to the beautiful views and comfortable place to stay. We also cooked dinner one night which was really easy thanks to the well equipped kitchen and market closeby (just a 2 minute walk down the stairs outside). We also loved dining at La Moressa which was also a 2 min walk away. We hope to come back to enjoy the expansive outdoor area in the sunshine! We were unlucky with the weather, but still had an amazing time thanks to the beautiful views and comfortable place to stay

The location of the villa is wonderful and the view is fantastic.

nna did a fantastic job of prearranging some events for us and then Dana took over once we were there. Our visit would not have been the same without Dana. She was so responsive and gave us incredible suggestions of restaurants to go to and was so efficient in helping us find transportation. She was an absolute delight to deal with. The location of the villa is wonderful and the view is fantastic. There were eight of us and we would all highly recommend this place - if Dana is involved!!

Great Location, Excellent Service

Great place in Praiano! Two excellent restaurants a short walk from the Villa. One small but very friendly market close by, a second and closer market was closed for remodeling but not a problem as the other market took care of our needs. Concierge service was very helpful for booking a boat and multiple private cars. Beware of traffic though. We almost missed a train out of Naples having left more than 2 hours before our train’s departure time. Maybe we just had bad luck, but the roads can be quite congested. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible stay, beat expectations

The service from SMAAC was excellent immediately following our booking. The team helped us to reserve car transfers, a home chef, and was willing to do much more. The house was cleaned daily, so it truly felt like vacation. From a location standpoint, the location of our two villas (Panorama and Fralisa) were closer to the Marina side. It was about a 20 min walk to the marina and a tough uphill climb — but that is unavoidable in the area. We were right next to two different markets for easy grab and go options/snacks at the house. From city center, it was about a 15 min walk. The Panorama house was extremely spacious and just like the photos. Everything felt new and was very nice. We had an amazing vacation and were able to relax. We so appreciate SMAAC help and service before and during our stay. Fralisa was not quite as clean. Also, providing a few more location details ahead of time would be helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Miralu in Praiano! Dana was so very helpful as were Francesco and Anna! The home fit our family of 8 comfortably with room to spare. It was too cool to use the pool except for a quick dip by some but there was the warm outdoor shower nearby! The views were spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning with the birds singing! We did the Culinary Experience in home for cooking a delicious ravioli dinner with Elena and Anna and it was a delight! My suggestion would be to start earlier as it went quite late! What an incredible villa! Just as described/shown in the photos (perhaps even better with brand new lovely outdoor furniture). The setup of the villa provides great privacy for a large group (there were 8 of us). The views are unbelievable and we were able to walk to the Marina, small grocery store, multiple restaurants and even access the Path of the Gods hike. Aside from the villa itself, I can't rave enough about the service we received from SMAAC and Francesco. From the time of booking throughout our stay, he was like a personal concierge, helping us to book things like car service, private boat tour, private chef in the villa, and answering any and all questions. He was SO responsive and kind. The villa and experience was worth every penny!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed in Villa Panorama and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The outdoor space is amazing with breathtaking views. Inside was very clean and spacious. Separate guest house was perfect for adult children. Daily housekeeping was great. The location of the villa was perfect for us - walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, gym and a small market which we visited multiple times a day. Bus stop is also directly at bottom of stairs. Praiano is so special and we met so many amazing people. Francesco was so helpful before arrival, he helped to plan a perfect itinerary. Once we arrived Dana our concierge was amazing! She had provisions and drinks stocked for us upon arrival and she was also available 24/7. This company is top notch and I can’t wait to plan my next stay with them.

Easter and Spring Break Family Vacation on Amalfi Coast

Upon reading the description on VRBO, It seemed perfect for our group.However, the description never mentioned 2 full Queen Sized bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms& showers were SEPERATE from the main house. Additionally, there are only 1 bedroom downstairs on the main floor and 2 upstairs,but with twin beds and a queen The heaters did not well until day 5 and the sauna never worked. The downstairs toilet seat was broken the first 3 days we were there,then repaired but there is a strong scent from the sewer around the base of that toilet.

Perfect Location, Perfect Accommodation, Perfect Vacation

Everything about this place was nearly perfect! The yard and pool will make you never want to leave! Daniela was so incredible and met our every request! The location right above the market makes grabbing groceries easy. The walk to the beach is an enjoyable walk down and the walk back up will burn off all the pasta (lots of stairs but manageable). The restaurant just next door is delicious and with excellent views. The views from the property are unimaginable....you will not find a better location! WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! The beds and pillows are typical of the area (hard and flat), but such a small thing to even bring up. The villa is AMAZING!

More than we could have hoped for!

I can't say enough about this beautiful property and the people from SMAAC that made our stay in Praiano so memorable. We were 9 adults and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the big kitchen and especially the veranda where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We had the chef come to the villa to prepare dinner for us one evening. It was a wonderful night and the food was delicious! Daniela checked in on us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. Guissepe and Andrea, our drivers, were the best. Andrea drove us up the entire Amalfi coast, stopping at all the towns for us to explore. He also drove us to Pompeii where we had a tour guide just for our small group followed by a wine tasting and late lunch at a winery nearby. We hiked the Path of the Gods which had absolutely beautiful views! All these excursions were made through Carmen, who was such a great contact - always promptly answering emails, even for last minute bookings. Grazie mille to all of you for making our stay so memorable!
