Die Villa ist ein charmantes, altes Gebäude, das komplett modernisiert wurde, angenehm der Sonne ausgesetzt ist und einen herrlichen atemberaubenden Blick auf das unberührte angrenzende Meer bietet. Die sehr bequemen Betten eignen sich für eine Anzahl von fünf Personen. Von der Villa aus genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick und atmen die Düfte der Küste der (URL HIDDEN) Villa auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 100 qm. Es verfügt über eine große und bewohnbare private Terrasse mit Meerblick, einen privaten Garten, Klimaanlage und Heizung. Die Villa befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone im historischen Zentrum von Praiano aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, einer Perle der Amalfiküste, etwa 100 m von einem mit Supermitteln versorgten Lebensmittelgeschäft und der örtlichen Bushaltestelle entfernt. Sie können Ihren Favoriten unter einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants in ca. 1 km Entfernung und einem charmanten Dorf mit einem Strand mit Badeanstalten, Boots- und Schlauchbootverleih usw. auswählen. ungefähr 1. 5 km. Sie erreichen die Villa vom Parkplatz aus über einen öffentlichen Fußweg von ungefähr 100 Metern mit einer angenehmen Treppe von ungefähr 66 Stufen. We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Praiano und Anna Marias ,casa Bianca’ ist wunderbar, um die Amalfiküste zu erkunden und gleichzeitig den lokalen Flair zu erleben. Zu Fuß, mit dem Bus, oder Boot. Wir haben uns ohne Auto eine Woche bewegt. Wir würden Marias Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Grazie ancora Anna Maria!

This is the most amazing apartment with spacious bedrooms, great kitchen, balconies, and the most wonderful, enormous outside terrace. Our family with three adult children enjoyed 4 nights in this superb place. We enjoyed the great views of Praiano and the blue sea. Such a peaceful, local atmosphere away from the busy streets of the Amalfi coast. It was a real treat to return to apartment after busy days, and be able to wind down and enjoy the beautiful evenings. Anna Maria is very friendly and helpful, and provided us with a small piece of heaven for our Easter break. We enjoyed all meals on the terrace in complete privacy. So glad we came! We give Anna Maria’s lovely, clean and comfortable apartment our highest recommendations. Thank you.

We, a family with 2 children (3 and 7,) had the most perfect stay! Annamaria and her family are wonderful hosts, the location in one of the nicest parts of Praiano is perfect and everything in the accomodation is spotless. Our son loved to play soccer with the local kids on the piazza right in front of the house. We had an absolutely great time!

Thanks for the great holiday with family D`Urso! Starting from the villa is tastefully furnished with antiques and modern furniture, on the spacious terrace with the wonderful sea view and the heavenly peace, our expectations were more than exceeded. The Amalfi coast with its small villages and towns is amazing. The boat trip to Capri, restaurant traffic organized by family D`Urso and we felt every particular lifted, therefore, special thanks to family D`Urso applies. We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Annamaria’s home was wonderful. We most enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and curved coastline. We could have spent all our days outside and not become tired of this view. Annamaria was quickly responsive and was thorough in her advice/tips. The home was welcoming, clean, and stocked with cooking utensils. There was a quaint grocery store nearby with a few restaurants in walking distance. There are a number of steps to and from the front door, although that is quite characteristic of the area - and what makes it so beautiful! The home is also near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local coastal areas.

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

We are so thankful to have chosen this location. Traveling to Italy for the first time was a bit intimidating but that all changed when we connected with the best host we’ve ever had, Cosimo!! From arranging transportation, welcoming us, going out of his way to accommodate even the smallest request, Cosimo was responsive, accommodating and understanding. Made the trip to Rome so much smoother. And then the penthouse and location. Absolutely dead center where we wanted to be between Vatican City and Ancient Rome. The flat itself was safe, amazing, plenty of space, views, and comfortable bedding/seating to make our time there uber enjoyable. Especially loved the artistic touches around each nook and cranny. The details Cosimo provided on restaurants, sites, etc was as detailed as anything we have ever seen! He actually reviews and rates them all from his vast experience living in Rome. Thank you Cosimo! You were the perfect host!

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

Annamaria was amazing! She greeted us and then made a magnificent feast along with her partner— to celebrate our friends’ 40th anniversary! Felt so pampered! We hiked the Path of the Gods and felt a real sense of accomplishing a challenge! We slept well and LOVED every second on the amazing terrace

What an absolutely amazing stay. We adored everything about this casa. The rooms, the kitchen , the balconies and especially the terrace and the views! And Praiano was the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi coast . It was much less crowded and touristy than the neighboring towns and had such a wonderful feel to it. We always enjoyed returning to the villa after a busy day of site seeing . Praiano has amazing restaurants, kind people and a great free beach . We found it fairly easy to get to the other towns on the coast via bus, despite being there in the busy season. Annamaria was a fabulous host. She was so kind and helpful . We would return any day! Absolutely recommend booking this villa!

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Very large patio with stunning view! Close to church and piazza (above them), so you can easily follow local, daily life. Good kitchen equipment, so you can cook Italian food by yourself, if you like. We did! Large rooms and two bathrooms. Plus outdoor shower in patio
