To reach the villa from the main road, there are 70 steps.

To reach the beach, it’s a 20-minute walk.
The villa is spread over 3 floors:

Ground Floor:
Welcomes guests with an open-plan living area featuring a fireplace and a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances, and a full bathroom with shower complete this level. The warm and inviting atmosphere is created through a combination of white furnishings, dark and fine wood, and locally inspired decorative tiles.

First Floor:
Accessible either via an elevator from the living room or externally via a series of stone steps adorned with romantic bougainvillea and lush vegetation. This floor hosts a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic sea view, and a second double bedroom with an en-suite half-bath (without shower).

Third Outdoor Level:
On the third level, you’ll find a well-maintained garden and the pool terrace. The garden features a charming outdoor living area with a dining table and chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers surrounding the pool offer breathtaking views of the spectacular coastal scenery. An additional full bathroom with shower is conveniently located on the terrace.

• Visitor tax: depending on the location from 3 to 5 euros per person per day
