Riverside area apartment near the Dancing house!

Wonderful apartment in a quiet downtown part of Prague. Located just a few steps from the famous Naplavka markets and the Dancing house, you can enjoy Prague while having a peaceful night at my place. Both the apartment and the building are recently renovated to the highest standard . As I am currently living abroad I though it would be a shame not to share my beautiful home with other travellers!

I am currently living in Ireland but I have a capable co-host Jaroslav who will take care of you. He was born in Prague and is a former lawyer, turned hospitality geek! He knows most everything about Prague!

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.

If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

If you`d like to have the sofa prepared as a bed, please let us know in advance.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.

Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
