Living area with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi and PlayStation for entertainment after a day of exploring the city.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed.

The second room has a double sofa bed for relaxing, as well as a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Bathroom with a walk-in shower and fresh towels.

The apartment is located in Prague 8, a well-connected residential neighborhood with excellent public transport access. A tram stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and the historic city center can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by direct tram. The nearest metro station is only 5 minutes away by tram.

For concert and event visitors, the apartment is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the O2 Arena. The area also offers supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and other everyday amenities within easy reach.

Bulovka Hospital is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

We have several important rules to ensure you have an enjoyable stay without any disruptions for you or for our neighbours.

✦ QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 7AM

In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of €100 for the incurred complications.

When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees.
Fine for smoking - 500 EUR.
Fine for parties and noice from 22:00 to 07:00 - 500 EUR.
