Beautifully reconstructed Apartment in a 16th century building. Apartment is just a wonderful few minutes walk to some of the most interesting sites in Prague, including, the Castle and The Charles Bridge. Cobble stone, gaslight, winding streets will charm you. Apartment is entered either through hall door, 600 year-old spiral sand stone steps, or a private lift.

Deep-set windows, thick walls contribute to the ancient romance of this flat in the most prestigious area of Prague, Mala Strana.
The views from the bedroom and the living room are breathtaking as this building sits on the river both the bedrooms are tranquil and quiet. The building is completely reconstructed and this Renaissance Apartments offers a modern bath and kitchen with all modern conveniences.

Activities: Prague has everything for the perfect city break. Prague abounds in Theatre, clubs, casinos, opera, ballet, concerts & discos. There is something here for everyone. Having been spared damage in WWII and then occupied by the Communists for 40 years (who did absolutely nothing), Prague remains that untouched jewel from the past. Ausgezeichnete Lage

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral an der Karlsbrücke, mit sehr vielen Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie ruhig. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund da. Vor dem Haus ist direkt eine Grünfläche und ein kleines Stück entfernt ein Park. Für einen Stadtbesuch mit Hund also ideal. Mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet kann man auch problemlos länger verweilen. Sofern man mit dem Auto anreist sollte man im Vorfeld einen Platz in einem Parkhaus reservieren, in Wohnungsnähe ist das Parken nicht erlaubt. Ein kleines, aber behebbares, Manko ist die WLAN Versorgung, in den beiden Schlafzimmern ist der Empfang schlecht oder nicht möglich. Das ist insbesondere mit Kindern nicht immer optimal. Wenn man einen kleinen Repeater mitnimmt läßt sich das aber schnell beheben.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in Prag darunter ältere Personen und kleine Kinder. Daher haben wir beide Apartments bei Ilan im Bezirk Malá Strana gemietet. Der Blick ist einzigartig und die Lage zentral, zentraler geht nicht! Die Buchung war unkompliziert und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Ilan hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts um alle Belange gekümmert und war stets gut erreichbar. Er organisierte unter anderem den Transfer vom sowie zum Flughafen. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Raum. Der Lift führt direkt in die Wohnungen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zum Kanal und daher relativ ruhig für die Innenstadtlage. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. So gab es etwa Kaffee, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs und eine mehr als ausreichende Anzahl Handtücher. Wir würden die Apartments auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Karlsbrücke

Wir verbrachten fünf Tage in der Wohnung. Der Aufenthalt dort gestaltete sich auf Grund der bevorzugten Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Karlsbrücke und ebenso wegen des großzügigen Zuschnitts und der sehr guten Ausstattung außerordentlich angenehm für uns. Erholsame Ruhe in einem historisch beeindruckenden Ambiente (Renaissance, offenbar sehr gut restauriert), sorgten für eine umfassend angenehme und schöne Zeit. Die Betreuung durch den Eigner war perfekt organisiert, von den Transfers vom und zurück zum Flughafen bis zum freundlichen Empfang durch Steven. Die Option, bei Bedarf jederzeit telefonisch die Hilfe des Besitzers in Anspruch zu nehmen, erübrigte sich wegen der erwähnten guten Organisation und Betreuung absolut. Es gab hierfür keinerlei Bedarf oder Veranlassung. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und gerne weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp hinsichtlich der Ausstattung: Wünschenswert wäre zum Aufbereiten von Kaffee oder Tee tatsächlich eine richtige Kanne!

Big, open, clean apartment in the perfect location for a week in Prague.The main photo on the listing though is a bit misleading because that little tree on the right is now a big tree which blocks most of the view of the bridge! That said, it's such a good location that you can walk 2 minutes to get a better view anyway!Hosts were friendly, communication was excellent, taxis arranged through them were spot on and the apartment is very well equipped (except for missing an oven tray or two).Highly recommended. We'd book here again for sure.

The location is fantastic, with a view of Old Town and the castle. Tour boats pass directly below the bedroom window and at night you can hear music from cafes nearby. The apartment is spacious with a full kitchen. An elevator goes straight to the apartment. The hosts provided excellent information.

This is an ideal property if you want spacious rooms in an attractive area of Prague. It is close to many historical sites and the busy Charles Bridge but the bedrooms are quiet at night.

Pick this apartment for convenient quiet clean flat in Prague 1.

Nice flat by Charles Bridge Roomy and clean. Quiet. Nice equipped kitchen. Would recommend. Has small elevator - good for luggage. Round Key fob goes on top then push button!!Instructions for washer-dryer would be helpful as symbols are confusing. Took hours to dry a load!? User error?

Second Visit

This is the second time I rented this apartment, the first time with friends, the second time with adult children plus a toddler. It worked very well both times. The apartment is quite spacious and the location is absolutely perfect. You can walk easily to major sites on either side of the river but still appreciate that Mala Strana is a little quieter in the mornings and evening when tourist traffic lessens. We will rent again.

Perfect Place for a Prague Stay

We spent 3 days in Prague earlier this month & when I was getting ready to book, the photos of the apartment definitely was the deciding factor, but honestly the photos don't do full justice to the wonderful apartment nor does it fully convey how close the Charles River actually is to the apartment . The only nit would be that the view of the bridge and river is somewhat a bit more obscured by trees and possibly a new construction , but that is a very small nit..:-) Although we did not meet the property owners, they were immediately engaged as soon as we booked and remained so right till we checked out. They were both extremely helpful in every aspect from getting there (our options kept changing) to station transfers to the actual check in. All the detailed photos helped to a great extent The apartment is wonderful . It is large and tasteful and well appointed. We did not use the kitchen much, but it was quite well appointed and ready to use. The washer/dryer was a great boon The Charles River/Bridge and the old town attractions literally start a block away from the apartment, no exaggeration. That alone should be a selling point for the place. The apartment is a couple of flights up with a very tiny elevator that goes right inside the apartment & can fit two medium sized people or one person and a bag. We did not attempt to use the lift, however if you have large/heavy bags , this may prove to be useful. Please work out the details with the owners. Highly Recommended

Attractive, comfortable flat near Charles Bridge

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat near the Charles Bridge, which was spacious and comfortable. The area is extremely busy with tourists but quieted down at night. Check-in was a bit confusing as the property managers insisted on trying to connect with us via WhatsApp and repeatedly failed (we've never had a problem connecting with anyone else on WhatsApp before) and while we were in transit going in and out of wifi, this back-and-forth was stressful. Once successfully connected, things went relatively smoothly. If wifi is important to your group, know that the connectivity in the flat does not extend into the bedrooms - it does work fine in the living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. We stayed during a heat wave and host were responsive in immediately repairing a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit for one of the bedrooms. The flat could do with an additional fan for the living area, but the set-up at least worked for comfortable sleeping during these very hot days. Overall, we were happy with our stay here and would book the flat again.

Amazing property

The location of this property could not be better. We looked out on amazing views of the Charles Bridge and has easy access to all of Prague's key stops. The apartments itself is great with all of the amenities it needed. Would definitely stay here again.
