    Die Terrasse ist mit einem Tisch mit großem Regenschirm, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse liegt zum Meer hin.

    Das Wohnzimmer ist sonnig und hell. Es ist mit einem Schlafsofa, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen, einem 32-Zoll-LED-TV, einer Klimaanlage und einer Winterheizung ausgestattet. Sie erreichen das Wohnzimmer über den Türeingang.

    DER KÜCHENBEREICH ist mit einem vierflammigen Gasherd, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem elektrischen Ofen, einem Mikrowellenherd, einem Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Sie erreichen die Küche vom Esszimmer aus.
    DER ESSZIMMER Es ist mit einem Tisch mit 8 Stühlen ausgestattet, die großen Fenster liegen zum Meer hin.

    Das Badezimmer hat die Dusche, ein Waschbecken, ein Bidet und das WC. Sie erreichen das Badezimmer vom Wohnzimmer aus.

    Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett (160x190 cm), eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Sie erreichen den Raum vom Wohnzimmer aus.

    Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett (160 x 190 cm), Klimaanlage und Heizung. Sie erreichen den Raum vom Esszimmer aus.

Beautiful view, very clean property, and excellent communication from our host. Master bath and shower are very tiny, other than that we loved our stay! Right off the main road so carrying luggage was a breeze compared to other properties further below. All downhill to the water/pier but about 400 steps back up. Once we got the hang of it, it wasn’t so bad. Positano is so charming!

The unit was perfect for our group of 2 couples. It was great having the balcony overlooking the water. Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer, clothes need to be hung to dry, which is customary for Italy. Only issue was no hot water the morning we were checking out, so we didn't get to shower for our long day of travel.

Wonderful villa! We stayed for 10 days as we explored the Amalfi coast. The apartment is well located and nicely appointed. The hosts are gracious and very helpful. The views are amazing and the apartment is just a described and pictured!!

The view from this home is spectacular. The home was clean and and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even helped me secure a top-notch transfer/car service to Naples during a very busy time when even a transfer/taxi broker couldn’t help. The home is close to a drivable road with space for a taxi to drop off/pick up, which is not always easy to come by in Positano! The home is also close to many delicious restaurants and a lovely coffee shop. I was traveling with my mom who is 80 and she loved the villa, too. The villa itself is one single level which made daily maneuvering at “home” really easy. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Thank you for such a great stay!

Stunning View!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The location was close to many restaurants and shops, it was very clean, the host was very easy to communicate with, and it had the most beautiful view! We spent a lot of time on the terrace and there was even a small playground next door that my kids loved. We would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Perfect Positano

We loved our stay at this villa in Positano. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoyed early morning cups of coffee on the veranda watching the city come alive. The villa is so close to so many great restaurants which we loved. We went up the many stairs to grab groceries for our stay but enjoyed the view from the top. Gaetano was a wonderful host - he helped set up transport from the airport and welcomed us upon arrival. There was even coffee, cornflakes, and milk available so we didn't have to immediately run out to purchase items for breakfast. We always used the stairs but if you wanted you could take the bus back to the property. Our family spent 8-night here and enjoyed every minute of our time away.

Ella's House was perfect.

We fell in love with Positano. In our 3 night stay, we explored the town top to bottom and side to side, plus a day trip to Path of The Gods and a kayak adventure along the coast. Ella's House was perfect, and if we ever return to Positano, we will stay here again. There was just two of us, but it would be ideal for 2 couples to share with 2 living rooms and 2 full baths. It is well furnished and equipped. The host was always available for our questions and he recommended a chef for a home dinner and it was amazing. The location was excellent right on the upper end of the main street, and we found a favourite restaurant just down the street.

Lovely place

First time in Positano. Excellent location away from center but easy walking distance. Gaetano was very helpful. View spectacular natch. Unexpected plus excellent quality sheets and good selection of pillows including soft. Easy walk up to bus. Parking ripped us off be a use we didn't reserve ahead as suggested by gaetano.

awesome view, spacious apartment and huge Veranda!

Gaetano, is an amazing host! The apartment was immaculate.The view is amazing. He supplied every amenity. The air conditioning worked very well,. We enjoyed having a washing machine. we traveled to many cities in Italy. He was very gracious host & and helped us with transfers to and from the apartment, including excursions. We could not ask for a better apartment or host. Thank you, Gaetano we hope to return soon.!

Excellent Positano Villa

Loved the place!!!! Very clean and comfortable 2 BR 2 bathroom villa with EXPANSIVE sea views. Terrace was very big 2/3 sheltered 1/3 uncovered and was a favorite hangout for us for breakfast and evening glass of wine. Communication was excellent with quick replies throughout booking to leaving. We absolutely loved the location perched high up (552 steps) from beach. There is a nearby bus stop for those who are less inclined for exercise but we walked everywhere and closed all of our Apple Watch rings by 9:30am. If you arrive to Positano by ferry believe the owner when he strongly recommends using a porter (baggage service) to haul up your suitcases. Villa was very well equipped with even some international outlet adapters. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Just an awesome week!!!!

This is a great place and very convenient to grocery and restaurants. It was our first time in the area, so I was very concerned about functioning AC and number of steps required to get to apartment. This place is convenient to a bus stop almost across the street and the AC units were kicking. There are takeout food places, restaurants, hotels, salon and a few boutiques very near by. It is not very close top the center of the town, but that was actually a good thing because it can get crowded there. The host was wonderful and helped a lot by arranging taxis for us as well as answer questions about the area I had via whats app. He was very prompt. The only thing to keep in mind is that the room with pull-out is by the kitchen, so my teenage son who was sleeping there, would often wake up because someone was making coffee early. Also, the terrace/ balcony is spacious and can be a gem if it was setup more inviting. The views were gorgeous!

Positano Paradise!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary touring Italy with Positano being one of our 5 stops. It's interesting to have this many VRBO apartments scheduled and to see the differences in how various hosts work. Let me say that Gaetano and his apartment were top notch. Gaetano arranged for parking our car right down the street and greeted us at the door. Very importantly, the pictures don't do his apartment justice. The patio has its own secured outer door leading to the front door and it must be said that the patio is exclusive to this unit and spacious providing massive ocean and hillside views. The apartment is also large with an excellently appointed kitchen, with welcome items like olive oil, sugar, etc. already in place. Everything is within walking distance but taxis are numerous for those who prefer riding instead of walking. We highly recommend this apartment! Grazie, Gaetano! Piero & Lory

Loved the home

I stayed here with my family and it was wonderful. We had a great time the home was great and much better than the pictures. There was a snag with the stove one night but the owners fixed it right away. The views and the terrace are wonderful. Overall really pleased.

Great place to stay with gorgeous views!

I rented this property for my daughter and her friend to have a weekend getaway, so believe me when I say I did my research on this and all other nearby properties before deciding to go with Ella’s House and am glad I did. The property managers Barbara and Gaetano were very pleasant and answered all of my daughter’s questions prior to her trip as well as made sure she had exact directions and contact information for arrival. My daughter had a great time and had nothing but great things to say about her stay, how comfortable it was, the large windows and gorgeous views, and best of all, the big terrace that she loved spending time in. She loved it! Thanks Ella’s House!
