Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s“

„Die Villa Latenz ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind super gepflegt. Es gibt einen schönen Garten und Spazierwege. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und empfehlenswert. Das Ganze wird durch ein super Service abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert.“

„Positiv: - Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist super. - Der (kostenfreie) Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß über den Garten erreichbar. - Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. - Der Herr des Hauses (Georgio?) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Negativ: - Das Bad ist sehr eng. Insbesondere fühlen sich größere Menschen in der engen Dusche nicht sehr wohl. - Der Zugverkehr ist etwas nervig. - Das Frühstück muss umgestellt worden sein.
