The property is located on the ground floor.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bonfim is a vibrant and historic area situated in Porto. Attractions include the FC Porto Museum, home to the city's famous football club, Parque de São Roque, a stunning park with lush gardens and views of the Douro River, Ponte do Freixo, a beautiful bridge across the river, the Church of The Lord of Bonfim, one of the most important churches in the city, and the Press Museum, to learn about the history of Portuguese journalism. For foodies, Parque Nascente Shopping offers a variety of restaurants to choose from.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Heroísmo, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
