Villetta Sofianna is a lovely vacation cottage 50 meters from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, in Punta Prosciutto, along the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave etc.
The outdoor space is equipped with shower and brick barbecue . Parking inside the property. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Sofianna is a vacation home with large fenced outdoor space, equipped for spending time outdoors and with parking inside the property.
The spacious veranda is furnished with table and chairs, and outdoor sitting area for relaxing. Here you can relax in the cool, enjoying your vacation by the sea, with the beaches just a short walk away.
The only room is furnished with double bed + bunk bed, with en suite shower room.
In a small annex there is a kitchen with a sofa and TV, and a service bathroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned.

Villetta Sofianna lies in Punta Prosciutto, a resort with wonderful beaches located along the Ionian coast, in the territory of Porto Cesareo.
The nearest center is Torre Lapillo, where all the main services are located.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 34 to pay upon arrival.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Kitchen in photo replaced with induction hob. Oven not present.
- The structure is composed of two separate rooms: the bedroom with en suite bathroom without shower and an annex in the courtyard with kitchen and full bathroom.
