The Classic Apartment is one of several solutions that make up the Residence Julia vacation home complex, located a few meters from Porto Cesareo`s seafront, accessible cliffs and the first sandy beach.
The large garden shared by all apartments is well-kept, planted with trees and manicured hedges.
The house is introduced by a lovely paved and covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, and a relaxing deckchair: the ideal place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.
The interior of the apartment located on the ground floor is very nice. The entrance is a large living room furnished with table and chairs, TV, wicker sitting area and 1 single bed.
Next to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette , in which there is also a washing machine. From here you exit to the back, where there is a pilozza and parking for the car, which is accessed directly through a driveway gate.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and completed by 2 shower rooms, one serving the living area and one the sleeping area.

The Classic Apartment is located on the ground floor of Residence Julia, a modern complex of vacation apartments located in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area, just 200 meters from the sea.
The location is perfect for those who prefer to move on foot: both free and equipped beaches are very close, as well as the city center with all the main services.
In addition, it only takes a few steps to get to the seafront where every day you can enjoy exceptional sunsets over the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
