A 4-bed apartment for rent for vacations in Torre Lapillo, just a few hundred meters from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea that characterize the hamlet of Porto Cesareo.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. Entrance veranda shared with another apartment. Pets are allowed.

and cozy, the apartment is on the raised ground floor of a small
complex of vacation homes called Appartamenti Sabbiabianca.
The house is introduced by an entrance veranda shared with another apartment.
The interior of the apartment opens with a long hallway. The first two rooms are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds.
At the end is the eat-in kitchen. From here you exit to the inner courtyard, equipped with table and chairs. Here there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is complete with shower.

Sabbiabianca Apartments are located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto
Cesareo famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea
accessible to all.
The property, located in a quiet area, is just
500 meters from the center where there are all the main services. The
nearest beach is only 700 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance with another apartment.
- The second bathroom has no shower.
- Bathrooms are outdoor.
