Specchio di Mare is introduced from an external space in front used as
parking, and a veranda with a wicker suite of furniture. From here there
is access to the interior of the holiday house. Along the entrance
corridor where there is air conditioning, you open different
environments: 1 double room, 1 double room, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
In the end of the corridor there is the living room with dining room and kitchen.
From here you leave on the back of the house, where there is an outdoor
shower.

Villetta Specchio di Mare is in Torre Lapillo hamlet of Porto Cesareo lies on the ionian coast. Torre Lapillo is very famous for its beautiful beaches and
the crystal clear sea. The villa is located only 250 metres from the
sea and the coastal tower is the symbol of the city. The first beach is
just 500 metres away, while the first equipped beaches are 1.5 km away.
The centre of Torre Lapillo is located 400 metres away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
