House in Portland Victoria, sleeps 8!

A well-kept lawn and gardens abound on our property, and there is ample parking for all kinds of vehicles, boats, trailers, caravans... you name it!

The lounge and dining room are open plan, with 2 comfortable couches. A Smart TV mounted on the wall is connected to the internet with access to free Netflix. There is a huge dining table that seats 8 and right around the corner from the dining table, is a quaint breakfast nook with a round table and three chairs.

The space
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooktop/electric oven, and double sink. In the pantry are some cooking basics such as olive oil, pepper & salt, alfoil and glad wrap. There is also dishwashing detergent and Chux along with a dishwasher tablet.

Cupboards are stocked with all the necessities you might need for an enjoyable holiday, such as dinnerware, glasses (wine, beer, tumblers), plastic dinnerware and cups for children, cutlery, utensils, bowls, and containers.

This gorgeous bathroom has a fantastic free-standing bath tub with a bath caddy on top of it, ready to soak away the day's adventures, maybe a book, some bubble bath, or some relaxing music. The magnificent vanity with makeup lights circling the mirror is simply amazing, and the USB port on the side allows you to play your music. Last but not least, a huge shower that gives you plenty of space to move around in while basking in the steaming hot water.

In between the Master bedroom and Bedroom 3 is the separate toilet (there is also a toilet in the bathroom)

This house has been designed with a bedding configuration that will suit a variety of guest groups in mind:

Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double bed, x1 King Single, x1 Single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds and study desk

Laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board. The external exit to the back yard also runs off the laundry.

You will also find a large covered deck area complete with a barbeque and table & chairs, as well as 2 outdoor couches for extra seating. In the garage you will find a fishing rod holder, large fridge and huge chest freezer for those big catches of Bluefin tuna the fishermen bring in!
