„Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt leider aufgrund einer Planänderung nicht antreten. Daher hatten wir sowohl über Expedia als auch beim Hotel eine Kulanzanfrage für eine Erstattung gestellt. Weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Stattdessen sollen wir ein Hotel bewerten, in dem wir nie übernachtet haben. Sowohl von Expedia als auch vom Hotel sehr unprofessionell!“

„I loved the fire place outside! Everything was clean and staff were very nice. Do think breakfast should be included like all other places we've stayed. Dinner there was ok. Seemed like frozen foods were cooked. Not fresh. Overall not to bad though. “
